In case you are interested before you continue, please read below for a summary of our checkout process.
Firstly, you'll be asked to either login (if you are an existing user at charm2charm), register (then you will be able to save your favourite bracelet builds and can choose to accept our monthly newsletter with some amazing offers!), or you can choose to just go direct to the checkout without registering!
Then you can enter your billing address and your shipping address (if it's different from your billing address). After you've completed this information, you can review it and amend it if you like. If you're happy with all of the order, you then click the "Confirm and Pay" button, which will take you to the very secure payment gateway handled securely off-site by SagePay (formerly Protx).
The payment gateway is the bit in the checkout process where you enter your credit card details and actually pay for your goods. Don't worry, you're redirected completely securely and we don't take any of your details here on this site, and none of your payment details are held on our own servers.
You will receive a confirmation email from us and another when your order is dispatched. If you don't receive any emails, check your junk mail as they may be filtered there. If you still haven't received any emails from us, please don't hesitate to contact us and we will assist you asap!
