"We", "us" and “our” means Klein Gallery Partnership. Charm 2 Charm is a trading name of Klein Gallery Partnership registered in the UK.
"You" and “your” means the person using the website.
By using the website you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or, if you are under 18, that you are accessing the website with the consent of your parent or guardian.

We own the copyright to all the contents of this website, including images. All trademarks and other intellectual property are owned or licensed by us or are the property of third parties offering goods for sale through this website. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, download, display, post or transmit any part of the website without written consent from us.
While our website is as accurate as possible, we cannot accept responsibility for any inaccuracies or errors beyond our reasonable control. All images, descriptive matter, specifications, dimensions and advertising on our site and adverts are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the goods. Due to the manner of manufacture items represented by the same references may differ slightly in form. Products shown are not to scale.
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in taxes, delivery or duty changes, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders listed at the incorrect price whether or not the order has been confirmed. If your credit card has already been charged and we subsequently cancel your order, we will immediately issue a credit in the value of the incorrect price
Ordering
By completing and submitting an electronic order form, you are making an offer to purchase goods which, if accepted by us, will result in a binding contract. Please note orders will only be despatched once we have authorisation from your payment card issuer. We will not be liable if there is a delay, and we will not accept your order if payment is not authorised. We reserve the right to refuse any order. It is recommended that you select special delivery as your choice of delivery so that your order is insured whilst in transit.
Product Availability
All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If we do not supply the goods for any reason we will not charge you for these and we will refund any money already paid for them. However, we will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses you may suffer if we do not supply the goods.
Pricing and Payments
Prices throughout the website are quoted in Pounds Sterling, and payment can only be accepted in Pounds Sterling. Prices include VAT. Packaging and delivery costs will be added to the total price of your goods. Whilst we make every effort to ensure that the goods shown on our website are currently available at the price shown, we cannot guarantee that this will always be the case. If goods you have ordered are unavailable, you will be notified as soon as possible.
Payment Methods
We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Amax, Solo and Maestro through third party payment gateways of Sagepay. When ordering you must provide us with your exact billing address and telephone number - the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you. Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your order will only be processed once authorisation of your credit card has been properly received.
Delivery Charges
All prices on our website are exclusive of delivery charges which will be added to the price of the products at our checkout. Delivery prices quoted are for most UK Mainland addresses. Other UK addresses may incur additional charges and delivery delays.
Delivery Times
Delivery times will also depend on the shipping method chosen, we aim to dispatch all orders received by 12 midday (GMT) the same day. However dispatch may take up to 2 working days. We will endeavor to deliver goods within the times stated but goods are subject to availability and delay in delivery of goods is sometimes outside of our control. Any dates we specify for the delivery of the goods are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges, or expenses caused by any delay for delivery of the goods. If we are temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of this position immediately. If there is going to be a delay we will always offer you a refund for the full amount of the order. There is no weekend service for our Next Day delivery option (Special next day Delivery & International signed for delivery). Therefore, a package that leaves us on a Saturday or Sunday does not actually reach the carrier until Monday. There is no Wednesday service for our next day delivery (Special next day Delivery & International signed for delivery). Therefore, an order that we receive after 12 midday (GMT) or on a Wednesday does not actually reach the carrier until Thursday.
Delivery Risk
As soon as we have delivered the goods to your door you will be responsible for them. We will only deliver goods to the address on the order and goods will not be left without a signature. From the time of receipted delivery of the goods, any loss or damage to the goods shall be at your own risk. Any transit damage to the goods, shortages or incorrect goods supplied must be noted on the delivery consignment note at the time of delivery. It is recommended that you select 1st Class Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery as your choice of delivery in the UK. International Signed For, International Signed For Plus £500 Compensation or Airsure if outside, so that your order is tracked whilst in transit. If you do not select Special Delivery in the UK, International Signed For Plus £500 Compensation or Airsure for outside the UK then you will not be covered by insurance and you will therefore be responsible for any loss or damage from delivery. We are not responsible for International taxes.
Cancelling an order
If you change your mind after placing an order, you can cancel it at any time before we despatch it. Please see the Contact us page for our telephone number. You will need to give us your name and address details, as well as your order number to cancel your order.
Returning Goods
If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 working days from date of delivery for full credit or refund less any applicable delivery charges. It is your responsibility to return any such items in a pristine saleable condition in original packaging. You will be wholly responsible for the return of the goods and any associated costs of return. Goods must be returned by carriage of special delivery so that they are insured whilst in transit. Goods received back incomplete, damaged or in any condition other than saleable, will be returned to you and the cost of return carriage charged to your account. Prior to returning any products, please contact us (within 14 days from the date of delivery). If you do not return goods within 14 days after you have received the delivery, your right to cancel will be revoked. The cancellation must be put into writing and received within the 14-day period.
Please Note - Earrings are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
